Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Working Hours: A range of full and part time positions are available over a 24/7 basis

Location: Datchet

Description:

• Should have direct experience of providing excellent customer service, a clear telephone voice and be able to provide quality oral and written responses to customer queries.
• To answer calls to a very high standard, within the terms of each customer's Service Level Agreement.
• To respond to all inbound e-mails/ faxes according to each customer's requirements.
• To complete all administrative tasks requested by customers.
• Responsible for own work and jointly responsible with team members for communications from customers and their contacts.

Salary Range: £14,000 - £18,000 per annum (Pro rata)
