Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Based in Datchet and operating 24/7, 365, ComXo is an innovative company offering leading edge telephony solutions and employing talented people who aim to be the very best.

We are currently looking for self-motivated inbound customer service advisers with the right 'can do' personality to join our busy and friendly team. You should have a clear and professional telephone voice and direct experience of providing excellent customer service.

A range of full and part time positions are available, covering evenings, nights and weekend shifts. Please state your preferred hours.

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: A range of full and part time positions are available over a 24/7 basis

Salary Range: £14,000 - £18,000 per annum (Pro rata)

Location: Datchet, Berkshire

Job Title: Evening / Night shift Team Leader

We are currently looking for self-motivated, professional, customer service Team Leader with the right personality to join our busy and friendly team.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a proven track record of managing a Customer Service team within a Contact Centre
• Be dynamic with strong leadership and motivational skills
• Be enthusiastic and have a pro-active, innovative approach to getting things done
• Have a passion for providing a high standard of Customer Service
• Be a team player with the ability to remain calm during busy periods
• Be able to work well under pressure to meet challenging deadlines and achieve agreed targets
• Have the ability to use your initiative, prioritise workloads and make effective decisions
• Have energy, drive and enthusiasm as well as a pro-active approach to getting things done
• Have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Have strong organisational skills and ability to demonstrate ownership
• Be able to adopt a flexible approach to your shift pattern to enable full support of your team and the Business

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: 4 week rolling shift pattern

Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (Pro rata)
