With the rise of agile and hybrid working, even pre-pandemic, PwC were looking for ways to support employees with a new way of working. Following the success of the switchboard solution, they asked us to provide a solution to transform their room and desk booking to aid their property strategy and maximise costs.
As an extension of our managed switchboard solution, our experienced team integrated workflows and tailored processes with PwC’s own software, allowing a fully managed room and desk booking system to be rolled out across UK offices. The results and ongoing trend data analysis have provided PwC with tools to support informed decisions about their future property strategy and maintain the workplace of the future.
