Most frequent questions and answers

You can download the app by going to your app store and searching for the ‘ComXo App’ or click here and select the QR icon to download using the QR code

You will have received a ‘Welcome Email’ from the Desk Booking Team at ComXo with an activation link which will direct you on next steps. If you have downloaded the app then you can continue with the activation process.

You will need to get in touch with the Support Team at ComXo who can assist you in having the email re-sent

 

You can press the ‘forgotten password’ button on the app to reset it. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the Support Team at ComXo who can assist you in sending a password reset link

Once in the app, to book a desk you will need to click the first icon called ‘Desk Booking’ this will take you to the desk booking page and you can select the relevant details from there. Once done you will receive you desk booking confirmation email. View guide

The app can be used for desk bookings in the offices, currently this will be for the New York and Silicon Valley location with more offices going live soon. View app features
